Test if You Are Drinking Enough Water

To prevent unintended dehydration, a good visual may be just the trick to kick into good-hydration gear.   Click on the attached urine color chart then compare the colors on the chart to your own urine color to determine if you are drinking enough fluids throughout the day.

By doing this, you will get ongoing, immediate feedback on your hydration habits, while eliminating the hassle of tracking ounces.

See if you need to start drinking more water; and share the test with others who may be at risk for dehydration – particularly young children and older adults.  Let us know how this works for you, and if it changes your hydration habits.
