Relaj Inc warrants that its products will be free of all manufacturing defects. Should a customer receive a defective product, Relaj will replace this product at no charge to the customer. In a proper and sound shipping carton, please carefully pack the item and return it to the address provided along with your Return Authorization number.
Please keep a record of your shipment until you have received a credit or replacement merchandise.

Orders will be shipped the same day, provided they have been placed on a business day (Monday through Friday, excluding Holidays) prior to 2:30 PM Eastern Time. Orders placed after 2:30 PM, or on weekends (Saturday or Sunday) and Legal Holidays, will be shipped on the next business day that is not a Legal Holiday.
Orders to the continental US will be shipped via UPS, FedEx Ground, USPS, or common carrier at the sole discretion of Relaj Inc and its warehouse partner, Saddle Creek Logistics, San Diego, CA.
Delivery times will vary according to the customer’s location, but should be no longer than 10 days to continental US locations. If special shipping options have been chosen by the customer, such as Next Day or 2nd Day Shipping, then delivery times will adhere to those choices.
